By signing in to Foodiedex you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and EULA.

Your account

You must be 13+ to use Foodiedex. You are responsible for activity on your account. Don't impersonate others.

User content

You own the photos and notes you upload. You grant Foodiedex a license to host, process, display, and share that content with users you choose (e.g. friends), and to send it to AI processors listed in the Privacy Policy for dish identification and 3D generation.

Don't upload illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or non-food imagery. We may remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

Free service, no warranty

Foodiedex is provided as-is. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
